Online One-Day Bus Pass Request | Permanent Bus Pass Request
Bus Passes authorize the school to let your children take a different bus than they normally do. Permanent bus passes must be submitted to the Transportation office by August 1 to take affect by August 31 and by December 1 to take affect January 3. One day bus pass forms must reach the school office by 2 PM the day before the change is to take affect. Please refer to the procedures for additional information.
Pick-up Notes must be used for after school pick-up as well as notification of early dismissal.
PLEASE NOTE: Dismissal changes cannot be taken over the phone. In the case of an emergency, a FAX including a parent/guardian signature may be sent to request a dismissal change. A telephone call to the school Phone Number (978) 266-2570 must either precede or follow the Fax Number 978-266-2573.
